1️⃣ How long will my order take to arrive?

Our orders are carefully prepared and delivered within 10–15 business days depending on your location.

2️⃣ What if the product is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

3️⃣ Can I return the product if the size doesn’t fit?

To ensure a perfect fit, please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. Returns due to size selection or change of mind are not accepted.

4️⃣ Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

At the moment, we accept prepaid orders only. This ensures faster processing and a smooth experience for all customers.

6️⃣ Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
