Returns

We accept returns only in case of:
• Damaged product
• Incorrect item received

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video is required as proof for damaged or incorrect items

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Minor color variation due to lighting
• Slight measurement differences (1–2 cm variation)

We strongly recommend checking the Size Guide before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected,
refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once processing has begun, cancellations will not be possible.
